Zipper und die Rakete, das ist eine Geschichte für sich. Im Jahre 2012 machte sich eine bemannte Mission von Planet Pop auf Richtung Planet Erde. Eigentlich sollte es nur ein kurzer Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg ins Überall werden, doch die Erdanziehungskraft hatte anscheinend niemand einkalkuliert. Der Raumkreuzer nahm bei der Landung schweren Schaden, die Crew hängt bis auf Weiteres auf der Erde fest.

Um diesen Umstand schnell wie möglich zu ändern arbeitet man

mit Überschalldruck am Bau eines neuen fahrtüchtigen Raumkreuzers. Hier liegt eben auch das Problem, denn bisher hat es keine ihrer Erfindungen geschafft, den Erdball zu verlassen — vielmehr hängen die technisch künstlerischen Meisterleistungen nur schmuckvoll herum.
